The CKP-56-3 is Re-Verber-Ray's factory-supplied propane conversion kit for the UH-45 unit heater. It converts a natural-gas UH-45 to LP gas in the field, or sets up a new UH-45 for a propane-only job site.

The kit swaps the burner orifice and resets the gas valve and regulator setup so the UH-45 burns LP cleanly at its rated 45,000 BTU/h input instead of natural gas. This is the standard field-conversion path Re-Verber-Ray publishes for the UH Series, rather than a full heater swap. Confirm kit contents and orifice size against the UH Series installation manual before starting the conversion. This is a one-time conversion part, not a wear item that needs periodic replacement.
Gas-path work should be done only by a qualified technician: shut off the gas supply, disconnect power to the heater, follow the UH Series installation manual step by step, and verify proper operation before returning the unit to service. Full instructions are in the UH Series Installation Manual.
