The Lumerica DP-A-VAL 180A is a 180-watt LED fixture from the DP-A-VAL parking lot light series, built to replace mercury vapor, metal halide, and high-pressure sodium lights on existing poles and wall mounts.
Output is rated at 26,100 lumens with an efficacy of 145 lumens per watt, a 5000K color temperature, and a CRI of 75. A Type III beam spreads light across a wide, asymmetric pattern suited to open ground-level areas. The universal driver runs on 110 to 277 VAC at 60 Hz, covering 120V, 208V, 240V, and 277V services without a separate transformer, and the fixture carries a 50,000-hour rated life with ETL and DLC certification.
The fixture ships with a toolless driver access panel and a rotatable lens, and it pairs with a range of mounting accessories, including slipfitter, round or square pole mount, and trunnion mount, sold separately to match the pole or wall already in place.
This 180-watt model is built for mounting heights of roughly 16 to 40 feet, suited to parking lots, driveways, yards, paths, and other open areas that need consistent, even coverage from a single pole or wall-mounted head.
Installation and wiring should be handled by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. Power must be shut off before and during installation or maintenance, the fixture ground wire must connect to a grounded equipment-grounding conductor, and the supply voltage must match the fixture's rated input before energizing. The lens should be inspected and cleaned periodically with a damp, non-abrasive cloth to maintain light output.
