Re-Verber-Ray's DB-RTVP is a complete 3-inch rooftop vent package for taking a single low-intensity tube heater straight up through the roof. The kit forms the entire rooftop termination for a single-vented unit: the adapter transitions the heater's B-vent connection to C-vent pipe, the elbow and pipe route the flue vertically, the firestop spacer and adjustable flashing seal the roof penetration, the storm collar sheds water around the pipe, and the vent cap terminates the run above the roofline, with the sealant used at the roof penetration and joints.
There is no separate OEM cross-reference for this kit; it is Re-Verber-Ray's own factory-matched part number for this venting job, not a supersession of an earlier part. It fits the LS3 and LD3 series (3" vent pipe required for single venting), the broader LS and LD series per the general RTVP-3 install sheet, and is listed for the UH-30N and UH-45N per current distributor data; see Fitment below for the full list.
The kit ships as one part number and includes a DB-211 3" B-to-C adapter, DB-RVC 3" rooftop vent cap, DB-FS 3" rooftop firestop spacer, DB-ARF 3" adjustable rooftop flashing, DB-SC 3" storm collar, DB-VE 3" 90° vent elbow, and a tube of RTV-106 high-temperature sealant. Not included is the vent pipe itself: 3" double-wall B-Vent (DB-BVP) or single-wall C-Vent must be ordered separately by the section, per the manufacturer's installation sheet.
Replacing this part: swap in a DB-RTVP when an existing rooftop cap, flashing, or storm collar is failing or the roof penetration is being redone, matching the 3" vent pipe size already run to the heater. Before working on any vent, shut off the gas supply, disconnect electrical power to the heater, verify the replacement against the installation sheet, and have a qualified technician confirm proper venting operation before returning the unit to service.
