Product Overview
The MARK 10DX-24 is a 24 V potted ignition control circuit board for Re-Verber-Ray DR-series high-intensity radiant heaters, cross-referenced to the Channel Micro 50X and the Fenwal Cat. No. 35-60 ignition module. It is a direct-spark ignition (DSI) control module: it sequences the gas valve open, fires the high-voltage spark circuit, and monitors the flame-sensing electrode for proof of flame. If the burner fails to light, the module locks out the gas valve. Without a positive ground, the module cannot detect the presence of flame and will lock out continuously.
Fits Re-Verber-Ray DR-series high-intensity radiant heaters. It replaces the MARK 10-24 and MARK 10X-24 circuit boards; see the Fitment panel below for the confirmed model and BTU list.
The board is sold as the board only. The DRWH-24 wiring harness (sold separately) is required when this board is installed as a replacement for a MARK 10-24 or MARK 10X-24 circuit board. The HVW-18 high-voltage spark wire and 32-508 three-prong spark electrode are also available as separate line items.
Alternate part numbers associated with this board include 1FEK6 and 6366573. Confirm the OEM equivalent against the installation sheet before ordering, as OEM electrical ratings may differ from the Re-Verber-Ray application. The Re-Verber-Ray product page describes this board as a 24 V device, while the DR-Series manual (LIODR_DR-Series-Manual) lists the MARK 10DX-24 as a 25 V circuit board; verify the supply voltage on the specific heater before ordering. Before beginning replacement, shut off the gas supply, disconnect electrical power, and check the gas valve and all wiring for electrical shorts. All replacement work must be performed by a qualified technician using factory-supplied parts only; proper grounding and polarity are required for safe flame-sensing operation.
