Product Overview
The Re-Verber-Ray TP-3051 (also listed as alt part number 35-72) is a direct spark ignition (DSI) circuit board used in Re-Verber-Ray tube heaters. It manages the direct spark ignition sequence for the burner: it initiates the spark, monitors for flame proof through the sensing circuit, and shuts down gas flow to the burner if flame is not detected within the trial-for-ignition period. It is the control heart of the ignition system, coordinating spark timing with gas valve operation.
Fits the Re-Verber-Ray DES3 and DET3 tube heater series. See Fitment below for the full model list.
Ships as a standalone control board ready to wire into the heater's ignition circuit; no separate mounting hardware is included.
Before replacing a direct spark ignition circuit board, shut off the gas supply and disconnect electrical power to the heater. Confirm wiring and mounting against the installation sheet, and have a qualified technician verify proper ignition and flame-proof operation before returning the unit to service. See the DES3 series manual for wiring and installation reference.
