TP-105 Aluminum Reflector End Cap

TP-105 is an aluminum reflector end cap manufactured by Re-Verber-Ray (Detroit Radiant Products). It caps and retains the reflector at each open end, holding it in position and helping direct radiant heat properly toward the floor. Two are used per heater, one at each open end of the reflector.

TP-105 fits a wide range of Re-Verber-Ray tube heater series, including CL3, CX3, DX2-SS, DX3L, HL2, HL3, LD3, LS3, and MP3; see Fitment below for the full model list. There is no known supersession for TP-105; it is the current part in production. If service documentation or a parts list shows 2458966 or 24KT15, TP-105 is the current ordering number for that same part. Both alternates are listed directly on the manufacturer product page.

TP-105 is sold individually, so order one per end cap needed. Four TP-106 clips are required for each TP-105 and are not included.

Replacing this part requires two end caps per heater. Shut off the gas supply and disconnect power to the unit before servicing, and allow the heater to cool completely before handling reflector components. Verify part fit against the installation or service manual for the specific series, and have a qualified technician confirm proper operation after reassembly. No dedicated install sheet is available for TP-105; consult the series service manual for removal and installation steps.
