Product Overview
The Re-Verber-Ray TP-851C is an ignition control circuit board for Re-Verber-Ray tube heater systems. It manages the ignition sequence for the heater's burner, sequencing the ignitor and gas valve through the trial-for-ignition period and verifying flame or spark proving before allowing burner operation to continue. It is the control board referenced in the LD3 and LS3 series manuals' ignition control circuit.
The TP-851C fits the LD3 and LS3 series tube heaters; see Fitment below for the full model list.
It ships as a complete board, ready to wire into the heater's ignition control circuit in place of the existing unit.
When replacing the TP-851C, match the wiring and terminal connections to the original board and confirm connector orientation before power-up. As with all gas-heating ignition components: shut off the gas supply and disconnect power before servicing, verify wiring against the series installation manual, and have a qualified technician confirm proper ignition and flame proving after replacement. See the LD3 Series installation manual or the LS3 Series installation manual for full ignition wiring detail.
