Product Overview
The CKP-53-5 is Re-Verber-Ray's propane (LP) field conversion kit for the FA-125 unit heater. It replaces the natural gas orifices in the FA-125's burner assembly with propane-sized orifices, re-metering the gas flow so the heater's burner runs correctly on LP fuel. No other burner components are altered.
Fits the FA-125 and FA-125N unit heaters; see Fitment below for the full model list.
Ships as a complete orifice set, five orifices drilled to the 53 DMS size, along with the fittings needed to convert the burner from natural gas to propane. Rated for standard elevation use up to 2,000 ft MSL.
Before installing this kit, shut off the gas supply and disconnect power to the heater. Follow the FA Series installation and operation manual step by step, and have a qualified gas technician verify burner operation and check for leaks after conversion. Improper conversion can cause property damage, serious injury, or death.
