Product Overview
The Braeburn 1220NC is a digital, non-programmable thermostat, sold by Indiana Radiant as stock number TH-BR12. It controls up to two stages of conventional heating and one stage of cooling, or a single-compressor heat pump system with one auxiliary heat stage, and it also handles 250 to 750 millivolt heating systems. It runs on 24 Volt AC (18-30 VAC, 1 amp max per terminal, 3 amp total across all terminals) through terminals Rh, Rc, O, B, Y1, E/W1, G, W2, and C. The 2 sq. in. display has a bright blue backlight, a 45° to 90° F control range with +/- 1° F accuracy, adjustable temperature limits and differential, and low-battery indication. A front-access reset button returns all user settings to factory defaults.
The 1220NC cross-references to the Honeywell TH2210 and Emerson 1F79-111, per Braeburn's published specification sheet. It is a universal 24V room thermostat suited to any Re-Verber-Ray heater system that uses standard Rh/Rc/O/B/Y/G/W staging, rather than a model-specific replacement part for a single heater line.
