Product Overview
The TP-3141 is a complete V3 24V two-stage propane gas valve assembly, sold under Re-Verber-Ray manufacturer number 36G54-226. The assembly is built for 24V control circuits and two-stage propane operation, matching the low-fire/high-fire staging used on Re-Verber-Ray tube heaters. In operation, the valve controls propane flow to the burner in two stages, opening to low fire on ignition and stepping to high fire on call for full output, while the 24V coil ties into the heater's control circuit for on/off and stage switching.
Fits the propane HL3 and DET3 tube heater lines; see Fitment below for the full model list.
Ships as the full gas train for the manifold, a 10-inch run including the pipe nipples, so the assembly drops in as one unit rather than a bare valve body that has to be re-plumbed.
When replacing this part, confirm the old assembly is the same 24V two-stage propane configuration before ordering, and check the manifold length against the unit. Gas valve work is gas-path work: shut off the gas supply and disconnect power before removing the old assembly, install per the installation and operation manual for the unit, and have a qualified technician verify proper operation and check for leaks before returning the heater to service. See the HL3 or DET3 series manual for the full installation procedure.
