TP-840A 24V Two-Stage Natural Gas Valve Assembly

The TP-840A is a 24V two-stage natural gas valve assembly for Re-Verber-Ray low-intensity tube heaters. The two-stage valve controls fuel delivery to the burner in two discrete steps: a low-fire stage for reduced heat output and a high-fire stage for full output. A 24V signal from the thermostat circuit opens the valve; two-stage modulation reduces temperature overshoot and lowers fuel consumption compared to a single-stage valve. On these heaters, the valve mounts inside the control box and connects to the circuit board and indicator light wiring via C, M, and HI terminals.

The assembly ships as a complete gas train: the 3.5-inch manifold and pipe nipples are included, so it installs directly into the control box without sourcing additional fittings.
