Product Overview
Re-Verber-Ray's UH Series is a line of gas-fired, separated combustion, induced draft, hot air unit heaters built for commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential space heating applications. Each heater ships with a durable, powder-coated black enamel exterior, stainless steel louvers with incrementally adjustable winglets, and a swept-wing impeller with finger-proof fan guards for quiet operation.
The line spans four models, UH-30, UH-45, UH-60, and UH-75, with input ratings from 30,000 to 75,000 BTU/h and an average air temperature rise of 45°F. Each unit runs on natural gas or propane through a 1/2 in. NPT gas connection, individual in-shot burners, and 120V/60Hz primary power with a 24V thermostatic control circuit on a single phase. Operational indicator lights help with troubleshooting from the ground.
Select models within the UH Series are also available in a stainless steel finish.
Model selection comes down to BTU/h input and mounting height: the UH-30 and UH-45 mount 8-12 ft. and 8-14 ft. respectively, while the UH-60 and UH-75 are built for 10-16 ft. and 10-18 ft. ceilings, matching larger shops and warehouse bays. The UH Series is separated combustion standard, with vent runs from 3 to 30 ft., and can be field-converted to power-vented with no additional parts required. As with any gas-fired heater, installation or conversion work should shut off the gas supply, disconnect power, and be verified by a qualified technician against the installation manual before startup.
Every UH Series heater carries a 1-year warranty on components, 5 years on the heat exchanger, and 10 years on the burner(s), and is certified to ANSI Z83.8/CSA 2.6 for indoor commercial, industrial, and residential use.
