Product Overview
The TP-1264A is a normally open burner pressure switch used on Re-Verber-Ray infrared tube heaters, also cataloged as IS22025051F5127 and 10069-3225. It monitors combustion air pressure inside the heat exchanger tube to confirm the inducer fan is producing adequate airflow before the burner is allowed to fire. As a normally open switch, it closes when differential pressure reaches the factory set point, completing the circuit that permits the gas valve to energize. If airflow drops, such as from a failed inducer or a restricted flue, the switch stays open and blocks ignition.
It fits the DET3, HL3, DSRS, LD3, QTD, and QTS series; see Fitment below for the full model list. It is the factory replacement for the discontinued TP-1261A (PPS 10069-3225).
It ships as a single switch assembly.
Replacing a burner pressure switch is a gas-path service procedure. Shut off the gas supply and disconnect power to the heater before starting work, verify the replacement part number against the unit's parts chart or series manual, and have a qualified technician confirm proper operation after installation. See the DET3 Series Manual or the HL3 Series Manual for wiring diagrams and installation detail.
