Product Overview
The Re-Verber-Ray TP-CPA-2 is a complete center panel assembly for DTH(S) Series tube heaters rated 40-100 MBH. The center panel houses the combustion fan and the pressure switches that prove airflow before and during burner operation: the normally open switch confirms the fan is running and pulling adequate draft before the gas valve is allowed to open, and the normally closed switch monitors for a blocked or failed venting condition and shuts the burner down if pressure falls out of range. Together they form the safety interlock that keeps the heater from firing without proper combustion airflow. Installing the TP-CPA-2 converts the heater to a DTH(S)-2 Series configuration.
Fits the DTH and DTHS Series, 40-100 MBH only; see the Fitment panel below for the full model list. The TP-CPA-2 replaces the entire center panel assembly on the heater, including the fan and both pressure switches, superseding the older TP-60 (26-114030-11) fan blower and TP-61 (162804-00) pressure switch used on earlier DTH(S) center panels.
It ships as a complete kit:

The included pressure switches cross-reference to Cleveland Controls NS2-1068-00 (normally open) and NS2-1239-00 (normally closed).
Before starting, shut off gas to the heater and disconnect electrical supply voltage; do not restore power until the panel is fully installed and wired. Installation requires removing the door switch (if equipped), the six screws holding the old center panel to the control box shell, and the old panel with its fan and pressure switches still attached, then mounting the new TP-CPA-2 panel with the existing screws and rewiring per the included diagram. This is a gas-path and safety-interlock component; installation should be performed or verified by a qualified technician against the installation sheet, and the heater should be cycled to confirm proper operation before returning it to service.
